Ok. I'm following a thread with the SC organizers; let's see which one seems to work out better. -- Rob

Gary mentioned that LANL and/or ASC has a room. I will try to book those since our time is fixed now.

As an alternative, there are often rooms available around, if we ask the organizers. Anyone deep in the organization this year? — Rob

Hi all,

I saw in Brad’s note that we don’t have a location for our meeting at SC yet. I thought we could possibly use the DOE booth, at least it should be relatively easy to get a reservation in the “conversation room” (little room in the back of the booth with a door, table, chairs). The downsides of the booth are that it is loud even in that closed room so if people are joining by phone it is hard to hear, and that it fits maybe 6 comfortably (more is less comfortable).

What do you think? I can try to reserve it if you agree.

Kathryn
