This includes a tweak (not yet committed) to the KBaseFBAModeling makefile to make it use the macros from Makefile.common.rules for doing script deployments; this fixes the wrapper script generation to work properly on the mac.

It occurs to me that I didn't make the corresponding change to the other modeling related makefiles; what needs to happen is a check for "wrap_perl" in Makefiles - that wrapper should not be referenced that way, but use the makefile variable WRAP_PERL_TOOL (or WRAP_PYTHON_TOOL for python wrappers), since the mac build needs to deploy differently. See common/Mkaefile.common.rules for examples or just include that (see kb_seed makefile as an example of a module that does that).
