Re: [Release-team] deploy.cfg for IRIS
Hi Dan, 'trees' should be added to the list, and 'prom_service' should still be (temporarily) removed for now. Was this list recently revised? Or is the config file not tracked in git? I'm asking because at one point 'trees' was on this list, and has been deployed with Iris for a while now. Thanks, -michael On Tue, Oct 8, 2013 at 8:09 AM, Dan Olson <[email protected]> wrote:
Hi all,
I'm working on deploying Iris today, and would like the group to spot check my deploy.cfg to ensure I have all the necessary modules included.
Here is what I have:
deploy-client = assembly, jnomics, genome_annotation, invocation, kb_seed, kbapi_common, sim_service, typecomp, idserver, genotype_phenotype_api, KBaseFBAModeling, workspace_service, phispy, plant_expression_service, prom_service, translation, communities_api, m5nr, communities_qc deploy-service = invocation, genome_annotation, phispy deploy-master = auth
Let me know if you're aware of something that should be included in Iris that isn't included here.
