Dear release team, As requested during yesterday's release meeting, I have created a master copy of the Minor Release Punch List so that we can then leave it alone and make copies of it to use (and check off items) during each minor release. I'm still not convinced that we need to go through the trouble of checking off each step, but maybe it makes sense for now. I made some (mostly minor) edits and added some comments/questions.
