Current status with the dmg: running into java issues with jnomics. its makefile hardcodes JAVA_HOME:=/kb/runtime/java ANT_HOME:=/kb/runtime/ant THRIFT_HOME:=/kb/runtime/thrift it also does the build on deploy instead of the build step, delaying the appearance of this problem until the dmg packaging pass is underway. --bob On Sep 27, 2013, at 10:58 AM, Thomas Brettin wrote:
