This is what I have gathered from the spreadsheet:

Annotation - no issues -

Assembly - developer has fixed problems but need new deploy in order to test. Command line scripts fixed but not in tagged version. No obvious API doc.

Auth Client - New version was tagged, deployed, and tested this week. Problems with command line scripts fixed in latest tagged version. Documentation and release notes okay.

Authorization Service - failed testing last week and no dialog about a fix. No release notes but it is internal.

Central Store - no issues

Cluster Service - no issues

Communities_API - errors with 3 of the command-line commands and documentation review found two different files (communitiesAPI.html and CommunitiesAPI.html)

Expression Service - no issues

FBA modeling - failed due to problems with workspace/typecomp

Functional Ortholog Predictor - Has minor changes to the COMMANDS file and command-line script that are not in the latest tagged version. Otherwise, no issues.

ID Server - - Has minor changes to the command-line scripts that are not in the latest tagged version. Otherwise, no issues.

matR - Fails the documentation QC

Phispy - no issues

Plant expression - no issues

Probabilistic annotation - has not passed testing. Scripts, documentation, and release notes okay.

Protein Info service - no issues

QC - failed testing, has command-line issues, and failed documentation qc

Registry - does not have release notes but is internal. No other issues.

SHOCK service - I've seen email from Shane that it is now deployed. How not been tested or had a documentation review.

Search - customized deploy passed testing. Failed documentation review.

Similarity Search - no issues

Tree Service - no issues

Workspace service - has issues related to new type compiler.

SUMMARY -

Clearly ready - Annotation, auth client, central store, cluster service, expression, functional ortholog predictor, idserver, phispy, plant expression, protein info service, registry, similarity service, tree service

Not Ready - authorization service, FBA modeling, probabilistic annotation, communities_qc, shock, search, workspace service

Close (judgement call) - assembly, communities_API, matR
