The static data files work when downloading from shock with the wrinkle that I'm not exactly sure how the auth works for Shock (i.e. if someone aside from me tries to download the files, will it fail?), and that I had to install the new version of the Requests library on the test server so that I could connect to Shock (if the test server won't change, this is fine). But with this change all tests pass and we can use the same config for both production and for testing.

I will spend some time playing with it this weekend but I think probanno will be ready for test\production release on Monday.

Gavin is asking for a production release of the user_and_job_state service. A production deploy of the handle_service would also be good. The may guys also want the CBD module deployed to prod. Can we start this up Monday morning?
There may be others as well.
