All, This testing is completed. I was unable to reproduce the issue. For now, I've updated the KDSA drivers on Neurosis to version 2.6.7, which contains a fix for what we believe is the root cause of the kernel level issues with the KDSA drivers. --Zack

I'll be testing today and tomorrow (2017-08-12 through 2017-08-13) to reproduce a kernel level issue with the KDSA drivers. This may cause instability, and I expect to reboot Neurosis multiple times.

My testing will be completed by end of day tomorrow.
