Re: [Mpi3-tools] Typo in MPI-3 MPIT interface
Following prior MPI errata, we did create errata items for typos. I think the basic rules are simple: 1. If we are listing errata for a published version of the standard, then we vote on them as errata. They are listed in the errata document, even typos. 2. While creating a new version of the standard, committees (such as chapter committees) should take responsibility for producing text, with voting rules applied to the chapter and major changes (such as new routines). Note that the typos get voted upon as part of the chapter. In both cases, the goal is to focus on the substantive issues. I have no idea. :-) The current rules are so loosey-goosey that I'm not sure what requires a ticket, what can just be read, ...etc. This fix obviously fits in the "trivial / doesn't change semantics" category, but I'm honestly not sure what the next step is...

Good catch Jeff! How did that get by so many eyes?
So, since it's really just a typo, do we need to create an errata entry for it?

I just noticed the following typo: MPI-3 p582, line 21.
In "MPI_T_UMQ_LENGTH":
- the first quote is facing the wrong way - only the first M is the appropriate font; the rest of the name is in the wrong font
