I did *not* change any text about the IP address. Reading the 3 places where IP addresses are discussed, I'm comfortable leaving it unspecified as to whether the IP address is IPv4 or IPv6. Do any existing tools allow MPIR_PROCDESC.host_name to be an IPv6 address?
