Re: [mpiwg-tools] Meeting reminder: Jan 20, 2025 (today) - Performance Topics
Hi John, all, it seems the mix of Mail-Clients that let me specify timezones but don't send invitation mails and Web-Interface where I cannot specify timezones properly but it sends out invitation stumped me a bit initially. Now, I got the invitations out yesterday, but I am not sure, whether these are 10 a.m. CT or 5 p.m. CET vor everyone, which would be an important distinction at times when the world switches between summer and winter time at different dates. A short reply whether the calendar invitation is correctly set to 10 a.m. Central Trime would be nice. Cheers, Marc-Andre On 1/20/25 16:32, John DelSignore wrote:
Hi Marc-Andre,
Thanks for keeping the bi-weekly schedule the same. If it slid a week, I'd have a conflict and I would not be able to attend. I currently don't have the MPI debug topics on my calendar for 2025. The 2024 series expired. Will you send a new calendar invitation for 2025, or should I enter it into my calendar manually?
Thanks, John D.

Dear all,
after talking to Joachim, we decided to continue with the "normal" bi-weekly schedule and continue today with "Performance Topics" and start our "Debugging Topics" run next week.
Meeting Information: -------------------- For 2025 we have a new meeting link. You find the details here: https://github.com/mpiwg-tools/mpi-standard/wiki/Meeting-Information
Agenda: ------- - Sorting through the different "Performance Topics" open for "MPI next".
Cheers, Marc-Andre
PS: I also prepared calendar invites for the two bi-weekly session series, but I am currently trying to debug why they are not sent to the list yet. :(
