The MPIR document passed its first reading. There are still two latex formatting issues to work out, but the Forum agreed that these can proceed after this first reading (because we're not changing any *content* -- we're only changing some formatting issues). - Bill already removed the chapter number suffix ("1") from the bibliography - Bill is/I am working on adding a header, footer, or watermark containing "The interface described in this document is not part of the official MPI specification" to most/every page.
