There are still two latex formatting issues to work out, but the Forum agreed that these can proceed after this first reading (because we're not changing any *content* -- we're only changing some formatting issues).
- Bill already removed the chapter number suffix ("1") from the bibliography - Bill is/I am working on adding a header, footer, or watermark containing "The interface described in this document is not part of the official MPI specification" to most/every page. A beauty contest will be conducted via email to determine which one we want to use.
