As discussed in our TelCon, this morning, I restructured the outline for our new

proposed chapter. The text is checked into the MPI standard SVN under:

You should all have access to it using the access code that was distributed at

the previous MPI forum meetings. If you don't have that code, but would like

access, please send email to Jeff.

Jeff, Ashley, and John: I have created separate files for each of the text

sections. This should keep conflicts to a minimum. Let me know if the

structure doesn't work for you.
