Cancel Sessions WG meeting for 10/16 but start back on 10/23

      Hi All,

As discussed at the last meeting, several of us will not be able to attend tomorrow’s Sessions WG meeting, so canceling.
We will resume on 10/23 to restart some of the discussions we were having for MPI-5.
