Hi all, I based the branch/PR off another branch that introduces the `\mpilaunch` macro. This is the first commit. That change will be driven by the Tools group, and is mostly cosmetic (changes almost not text but fixing the index). Then I just commited some changes, moving the language from 'starting processes' to 'launching processes' (incl. some section titles and API descriptions). Please, see this just as an initial starter (no pun intended) for the conversation. Unfortunately, I won't be able to join the discussion today.
