Hi Howard (et al),

I propose that the call today be cancelled. I am picking up a new car so cannot attend. Also, we are already well prepared for the reading the next face-to-face, so there isn’t much new to discuss.

We will cancel the meeting for next week too, because we will be travelling to Chicago for the face-to-face meeting.

Next meeting will be 3rd June for a debrief of how the reading went.
