Not seeming to have much luck here.  I forgot that tomorrow , 9/7 is a US holiday.  I most likely will not be able to attend the WG webex.

If someone could update PR 269 - https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/269 with results of discussions at tomorrow’s webex, I’ll endeavor to update it prior to the upcoming vforum.
