Thanks to you and Torsten for putting this together. As discussed in the last phone call, the plan is for everyone to review this proposal and send their comments either by email or during the next phone call this Friday at 1.00pm Central. As a reminder, Proposal 1 is intended as a relatively small change to the MPI-2 RMA chapter that address many (but not all) of the issues that have been raised by the user community.
