The following ticket is marked as MPI 3.0 errata, but appears not to have gone forward for a vote: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/458

Did we either abandon this or decide that it should be handled by the chapter committee? It seems likely that it was the latter and I forgot to update the ticket. Just want to make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
