Hi, ahead of SC'19, we are not holding a meeting today.  We expect to submit two tickets for reading in Albuquerque: Partitioned Comms, and the Info key for persistent collectives.  Updates on both readings will be forthcoming before the Nov 25 deadline.

We will hold meetings on November 27, and December 4 next, then skip December 11 (MPI Forum week), 18, 25, and January 2.
