Am working on updating all figures in the standard to use Tikz format.
Would it be possible to get feedback on figures in the IO chapter?  This
could be done at the next meeting, or on the pull request.  Many of the
present figures in the chapter use shades of grey, but other chapters
use color to differentiate things.  In the hopes of adopting a uniform
color scheme throughout the standard, have replaced the shades of grey
with different colors.
