I would be interested to join the telcos and am wondering about what time zone the times in the doodle are set. I would be calling from Europe (CEST). On Monday, 4th there is also the MPI3-tools telecon at 8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm UK, 5pm CEST. It usually lasts for 1h.

Currently, most of the proposals are related to MPI+Threads, which is more-or-less a well defined model now. But we are also working on a proposal for MPI+PGAS languages (this is more difficult as the interactions are not that well defined).
