1. The latest Reinit spec (0.1.1), which you can find in the following URL. This includes changes (in blue) based on the last feedback the group gave us. There is a section at the end with the list of changes in this version.

2. The behavior of MPI under different combinations of error handlers. See the attached table. Based on my reading of the standard, I still have questions about the expected behavior for some of these combinations.

3. The state of MPI when a failure occurs and before we call MPI_test_failure in Reinit is not clearly defined. We would like to discuss if we can re-use the same text that ULFM uses (as far as I understand ULFM has to handle this situation).
