A first attempt at the Process Recovery proposal is at the link below: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/wiki/ft/process_recovery This proposal is meant to complement the Run-Through Stabilization proposal. It currently only covers groups and communicators. Once we get those down, then we can extend to the rest of the standard. In the teleconf tomorrow, I intend to walk through some of the high points.
