I think that rotating times is the best idea. I can't think of any one time that will work for everybody. 7 or 8 EDT is 4-5am on the US west coast, for example. We can do the above schedule or maybe three different times: US-Europe, Europe-Asia, Asia-US, and rotate through those. - Greg Bronevetsky
