On the call today, we decided:

- Jeff abandoned the idea of explicitly-sized count types - Fab will split the collectives out into a separate ticket

Done, collectives are now in their own ticket, #269: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/269

- Dave will send a final PDF to the bwcompat group to review early next week

Are we going to have 2 PDF files, or one with both tickets worth of changes merged but properly annotated?

- We need to review this PDF ASAP so that it can be sent to the Forum by COB Friday, March 11, 2011 (so that it meets the 2-weeks-before-the-Forum- meeting requirement for a first reading)

I'll be sending a mail shortly to the Forum mailing list asking how to (formally) review this text, because it spans 6 chapters.
