I've not yet booked the October flight. (And normally, I'm the first one booking flights ;-) Oct. 18-20 would be also an option for me. Rich, if you want to move, please can you check with Microsoft whether their rooms are already reserved for other meetings at that time. Later dates should be to close to SC. May and June are also a about a month apart.

Also, are we not meeting around the Super Computing 2010 conference like we did in years past?

We only did this last year and it was a tremendous mistake. Most of us have too many other obligations related to SC and the Portland meeting proved a complete waste of time.
