I'm tryin to read the new doc that Bill sent around and it does not seem to be comparable to the 2.2 doc. Ie, the changes anddeletions highlighted in red and green do not appear in the actual 2.2 text. So what exactly are the red and green in this document? What is being added anddeleted from the original 2.2 doc? Sent from my phone. No type good.
