Based on the original post about the SVN re-org here: http://lists.mpi-forum.org/mpi-forum/2011/01/0884.php I updated the already-existing https://svn.mpi-forum.org/svn/mpi-forum-docs/README.txt file to change all forward-looking statements to be declarative (i.e., change "I'm going to change ABC to XYZ" to "This SVN is XYZ"). Otherwise, the content is the same. Meaning: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/svn/mpi-forum-docs/README.txt is now a fairly simple file explaining the SVN tree layout.
