The meeting cost was $200 - somewhat of a surplus was built up, so we dropped it to $125 for a while. I suppose we can just keep it at the fixed price of $200. There are meetings (usually away from the US) that we do not even come close to covering with registration, and we simply can't run a deficit. Dinner is not provided as part of registration - at this stage it is too late to add that. The plan was to order pizzas, and have folks chip in, if people still want to go with pizza.
