Hi Wes, yes, thank you for pointing this out. #443 (LIS entries for MPI_T) and #160 (MPI_T binding arguments) are supposed to be Errata votes and #613 (Tools Index Operations) is close to a chapter committee change, but we would like the broader forum have a look that indeed we didn't change any semantics when we changed some wording in the cleanup.
