After 12+ years as an HP product, HP-MPI has been sold to Platform Computing. I have been part of that effort for the last 10 years. I will continue to be involved in the MPI Forum and work on HP's internal version of MPI for use in powering other HP product offerings. I am told by members of Platform's MPI team that they intend to become active in MPI Forum activity, so someone may be present at SC09.
