I found the same things confusing (for a reading) as Jeff. Nevertheless, it may be good to add this to agenda to discuss the two options, unless you want to lead that discussion yourself next time.

We already discussed this two meetings ago and decided to only go with solution 2 (there wasn’t even a debate at that point). I’m happy to present both options again, if needed, but I think it’s unnecessary to do it again.
