We¹ll start at 2pm on Monday and will end at noon on Thursday. We will again start with working groups on Monday and (part of) Tuesday and then have plenaries until Wednesday evening. Votes will be Thursday morning followed by general discussions until the morning break. Based on the requests from a few meetings ago, though, we¹ll try to have another set of working groups on Thursday after the plenary and we¹ll see how that works. The location of the meeting is already listed on the MPI forum page, however, I don¹t expect us to have a dedicated hotel this time. There should be plenty of hotels either around DFW (close by) or downtown (further, but more lively). For the meeting, though, there are two ACTION ITEMS: * The deadline for any announcements for reading and ballots will be November 21st (that¹s Monday in one week or ­ for folks in the US ­ Monday of Thanksgiving week). Please send me any items for this asap and please post the full text or pull request to the list by 11/21. * For WG leads, please send me requests for WG and plenary time ­ if you are asking for WG time, please also indicate if having it on Thursday is acceptable for you.
