Re: [Mpi-forum] Mar agenda request: ticket 0
I agree - this is exactly the sort of thing for which the chapter committees should be responsible. Bill On Jan 12, 2012, at 4:30 PM, Dave Goodell wrote:
All of these issues should be handled by the chapter committees, not the whole Forum. We shouldn't be bringing up new ticket 0 items to the whole Forum. If they aren't really ticket 0, then that's a different story. But if they are small and noncontroversial (my understanding of our "ticket 0" definition) then it should be handled by the committee and covered by the chapter vote at the end of the process.

Might be better to send all those ticket 0 changes to Rolf, so everything can get done in one read through, and duplicates can be avoided?

We need a chunk of time to go through all the "ticket 0" tickets: 30 mins.
I also have a series of ticket 0 changes for the environmental management chapter and I'll work with George (as the chapter committee chair) to get them together. Those probably need an additional 10min. I would assume that others will run across ticket 0 changes as well, in particular during the integration of voted in sections. It may be useful to allocate a larger block (60-90min) for all of those instead of each requesting them separately.

Rolf will be sending a list of these shortly.
