Since the change is large, it does not make sense to back out these changes, and have the chapter committees put them in after going over them and verifying the. the merge of existing approved/MPI-3.0/* (svn release 1189) and the whole Fortran ticket #229 is completed and checked in as (1190,) 1191, (and 1192).

Please "svn update" you whole approved/MPI-3.0/ to receive all the changed files.

With this "my write-lock" on the whole source is released now.

I hope, that all chapter authors do not edit the tex files today and tomorrow. Otherwise they can do it again. or merge the hughes Fortran changes into their changes.
