In the section on external32 data format on pg 536, ln 30-31, ticket 281 (Remove C++ bindings) removed the words "and C++ bool" in this sentence: "For C _Bool, Fortran LOGICAL, and C++ bool, 0 implies false and nonzero implies true." ^^^^^^^^^^^ However, the "and C++ bool" is needed because MPI-3 still supports C++ types (see the tables below, the first is on pg 27, and the second is the lengths in external32 format). So, any objection to reverting the change made by ticket 281 in the above sentence, i.e., add back "and C++ bool," ? Rajeev
