The information should be posted soon. Hotel rates in the area are very high now, but we managed to get a block of rooms at $189/night. Trying to figure out how the rooms can be booked, if through a room list we provide the hotel, or directly with the hotel. In any case, the cutoff data for the rooms is Feb 20th.
