  Did not answer all the questions.  I do not believe we will get confirmations, but I have been in contact with the organizer, and am sure that things are OK – I had to change my reservation a bit, and Kie simply took care of it, and let me know.  She (as well as Tammy and Angie) have been paying a lot of attention to the hotel rooms to make sure all have rooms – I personally have contacted folks about this …

  What sort of general advice are you looking for ?

  As for attendee’s – there will be close to 30, with the majority being those that attend on a regular basis.  Some new attendees, but I would say on the order of 8 or so – is this close enough ?

Rich, it would be great to have a little more advice for those of us going to the Japanese meeting for the first time.

1) General guidance of how to find the Tsukuba Train option once passing through customs at Narita

Once on the train, I think we've got it pretty clear to the hotel etc.

2) Any other general advice from our local hosts.

3) I asked Tammy about hotel confirmations after we registered with MPI.   Can we get registration confirmations?

I can ask her again, but I am wondering if anyone else had gotten confirmation of their reservations.
