Change of  plan.  The organizers have made arrangement for those who will only be attending the Forum to reserve a hotel room through the EuroMPI registration site.  No charge for the registration, but hotel will need to be paid with a bank transfer.  At this stage I will NOT be sending the organizers any hotel requests for the forum.  I was able to reserve a room for both events through the website.
