This is the third reading of the ABI proposal. I removed most of the Fortran stuff for this one, because I hope to get a no-no vote on the changes relative to the last reading and vote on it.
I have attempted to make everyone happy. At some point, we need to have a vote on this, or we will never get anything done.
The Fortran 2.0 ABI pull request will happen tomorrow, before the end of the day my time.
