Attached is the draft standard I plan to post for comment on the meetings web site after I arrive at my destination tomorrow.  Please take a look, if you have time, to see if there are egregious issues with the pdf.  At this stage we will only change items that are totally broken.  We do have one week in Sept to make small changes as the result of feedback.
