Hi Everyone,

We would like to announce the following reading for the next MPI Forum meeting:  Synchronization on Partitioned Communication for Accelerator Optimization - Issue #302. This introduces explicit synchronization to allow for optimization on accelerator (e.g. GPU) type devices.
