There was a request to get the text of the current FT proposal. We’ve updated the text on the wiki page to include our latest version. If you’d like to read it, go to https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/wiki/User_Level_Failure_Mitigation and download the latest PDF. There is a version with just the FT chapter and another that includes the changes outside of the chapter marked as ticket323.
