Hi all,
Just as a reminder – today is the 2 weeks deadline to announce readings and ballots for the upcoming meeting in Dallas.
Please send those to the mpi-forum email list. Also (and this is mainly for the WG chairs), please let send me any requests for WG or plenary time as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Martin

Subject: [Mpi-forum] Upcoming MPI Forum Meeting Dec. 5-8, Dallas TX (ACTION ITEMS)
Hi all,
I know most of you are busy preparing for SC, but I wanted to remind everyone that the next MPI forum meeting is sneaking
up on us as well – it will be Monday Dec. 5th to Thursday Dec. 8th in Dallas Texas. We’ll start at 2pm on Monday and will end at noon on Thursday. We will again start with working groups on Monday and (part of) Tuesday and then have plenaries until Wednesday
evening. Votes will be Thursday morning followed by general discussions until the morning break. Based on the requests from a few meetings ago, though, we’ll try to have another set of working groups on Thursday after the plenary and we’ll see how that works.
The location of the meeting is already listed on the MPI forum page, however, I don’t expect us to have a dedicated
hotel this time. There should be plenty of hotels either around DFW (close by) or downtown (further, but more lively).
For the meeting, though, there are two ACTION ITEMS:
Thanks!
Martin
