Hello, I came just over the MPI_Win_get_attr function in MPI 3.1 section 11.2.6. The standard does not come with the normal general, c and Fortran interface definitions as for all the other MPI functions here. Is there any good reason for it, as the current writing is confusing due to the pointers in my opinion?
