At the meeting today, the concept of plant metabolite data came up. I can't post on their list, but it is worth talking to specific groups at Riken (in Japan) about this. From what I've seen, they have extensively studied plant metabolites with mass spectrometry via a fairly large consortium. I use a service of their's (massbank) which is not specific to plants.
