I apologize if this is a duplicate (though I think my earlier message got blocked from the list). --- Hi, This is related to the KNL DAP box which is similar to the JLSE KNL nodes. Our KNL DAP box, is missing some devices in /sys/devices, in particular it is missing: /sys/devices/uncore_* I did some investigation and they seem to be present with an old mpsp CentOS kernel: 3.10.0-327.el7.centos.mpsp_1.3.1.45.x86_64 Otherwise, these devices do not get generated at boot time with default CentOS 7.2 or 7.3 kernel. Does anyone know what might be going on? I unfortunately, cannot run the mpsp kernel by default due to other issues related to VTune. -- Nichols A.
