I also encountered this since the knl11 is added to the queue.
Ben is investigating the problem.
For the time being, I use the following trick to avoid the problematic node.
qsub a job
qstat -lf jobid
see if knl11 is assigned to your job. If yes,
qsub your job again.
Because it takes time to release knl11, your second job will be dispatched to a good node.

'Host key verification failed.’
I’ve checked all my ssh keys in the accounts page (because I updated them recently) and everything looks ok.
Is there another key I’m missing?
