If you add the following (all one line) to $HOME/.ssh/known_hosts I *think* that should work until Ben gets things fixed properly:

knl11,10.17.6.16 ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 AAAAE2VjZHNhLXNoYTItbmlzdHAyNTYAAAAIbmlzdHAyNTYAAABBBJiMA1fojuMaSQLcB6ue7rPJrNjgf+y1sdHx0KUCrzp0KFkrofuXRmuFPt5VODnWx02JiG9ZsQRif+JTf+hyviI=

I also encountered this since the knl11 is added to the queue.
Ben is investigating the problem.
For the time being, I use the following trick to avoid the problematic node.
qsub a job
qstat -lf jobid
see if knl11 is assigned to your job. If yes,
qsub your job again.
Because it takes time to release knl11, your second job will be dispatched to a good node.

Subject: [JLSE-Intel-NDA] Host key verification failed.

Hello,

I am trying to run on the KNLs on JLSE, but I keep getting the error:

'Host key verification failed.’

I’ve checked all my ssh keys in the accounts page (because I updated them recently) and everything looks ok.

Is there another key I’m missing?

Thanks,
Taylor
